For remote assistance on Mac please download the Mac version here. Once opened and started the B icon will appear in the dock an menu bar. To join a remote online session, click on the B icon in the menu bar, select “Join Session” and enter the ID provided by Farmers WIFE representative and your name.

Please note that the window will be blank until the Farmers WIFE representative initiates the demo prior to the set demo time.
