If you've trouble to connect to WIFE new iPhone 4G and have set the correct settings (correct Port and correct IP) but get the following error message: Your settings are not complete, please go to your settings 'Incoherency in port' please try and type in a completely wrong Port number. Connect to WIFE. Cancel. Then go to Settings again, type in the correct port. 

The 'Send Back Up Now' in the bottom right corner of the Server Window, allows you to send your database to us without logging out your users. For this feature to work the server will need to have internet access. The database is then encrypted and automatically uploaded to our ftp server as a password protected file. You may also enter a message which is together with a notification message to our support team, who will immediately download the file from the ftp.

Each searchable window that has entry fields will refresh if you place your cursor in the entry field and hit “Enter” on your keyboard. So if you’re looking for a list of contacts and the window in the Navigator/Toolbox is empty, just place your cursor in the blue entry field and hit “Enter” to retrieve your search.

The user name is incorrect. Please note that the user name is case sensitive. The reason may also be that someone has made changes to your user name in the Server Settings. Double check the exact spelling of your user name and make sure that Caps Locks is not on.

This means that the Server application is not running. Perhaps you’ve made some changes in the Server Settings or have just installed it for the first time. Go to the Server application and click “OK” in the bottom right hand side of the Server window. Wait until the Server states “Server Ready” and then log in through the client application (the server always needs to be running in the background).
